"Railroad track/trains at early morning hours disrupt sleep. Walls are not soundproof so noisy neighbors interfere with peace and quiet."

Newly renovated hotel is conveniently located in historic downtown Glendale. It is within walking distance to over 90 antique shops, numerous restaurants, the Glendale Civic Center and City Hall. Within a short drive is the new Glendale Arena, 3 Cactus League stadiums, Peoria Sports Complex, many golf courses, major shopping malls, 2 racetracks, Luke Air Force Base, Chase Ballpark, America West Arena, and much, much more.
